what you actually bought
What this box is for, what it is not, and the first thing to check.
the one thing
It is a whole guitar rig in one box—amps, speakers, microphones and effects, all modeled. Whether it sounds right depends almost entirely on what you plug it into.
what it is
A full-size Helix floorboard with the same processing as the Floor and fewer jacks. It has the same two paths, 32 block locations, eight snapshots and models. Only the I/O and a few panel controls are cut back.
check your modeler
If your modeler has a mic input, four sends and returns and a separate PHONES knob, you have a Helix Floor. If it is a 3U rack, read the Helix Rack guide. The sound engine is the same across all three.
check this first
If the footswitches seem to have stopped working, press FS6. The modeler is in Preset mode and you want Stomp mode.
