what you actually bought
What this box is for, what it is not, and the first thing to check.
the one thing
It is a whole guitar rig in one box—amps, speakers, microphones and effects, all modeled. Whether it sounds right depends almost entirely on what you plug it into.
what it is
The Helix Stadium with a built-in expression pedal, two instrument inputs, four effects loops and four control jacks. The touchscreen, the 12 footswitches, Clones, Showcase and the engine are the same.
check your modeler
If yours has one instrument input, two FX loops and no built-in pedal, you have a Helix Stadium Floor. The two make sound the same way, so either guide covers tone.
check this first
If the Volume knob turns and nothing changes, the knob drives one output at a time. Press the button above it for the output you are listening to.
