plugging it into things

Every jack, what it is for, and the two or three that cause most cabling trouble.

the one thing

For a mono rig, always use the LEFT/MONO jack of a pair. Using the right one on its own gives you half your effects and a thin sound.

rear panel

Your main guitar or bass input.

Worth knowing
It has switchable impedance, a pad and a noise gate built into the input itself, before any block. If a guitar sounds harsh or noisy, fix it here instead of spending a block on it.

the mono rule

Outputs come in stereo pairs, and only the left jack of a pair carries a summed mono signal. One cable from the right jack gives you one side of a stereo image: quieter, thinner, and missing anything panned away from it.

The Stadium has three outputs, each with its own mix. Check which one you are listening to.
