A – H
The eight lettered switches, in two rows of four. What they do depends entirely on the mode you are in.

- Turn
- Each one is a rotary encoder. Turning it scrolls the assigned parameter, with your hands still on the guitar.Quad Cortex product page · Gridleak: read off the modeler
- watch for
- The letters are printed to the right of each cap, not above it. In a dark room the LED above the switch is the thing to read, not the letter.
footswitches
eleven footswitches, all of them encoders
A–H sit in two rows of four. BANK DOWN ends the A–D row and TEMPO ends the E–H row. BANK UP sits alone, raised beside the screen.
All 11 are rotary encoders: every switch turns as well as presses. The chassis does not mark this, so the diagram above draws the turn as an arc on each cap.

Write it on a card and tape it inside your case. It is the fix for a modeler that will not boot, and it is not printed anywhere on the hardware.
