## How presets are made
Each preset is derived from the original amplifier's schematic. An AI extracts component values, topology, and gain staging from the schematic, then maps these to the modeler's parameter space. Confidence scores indicate extraction quality.

## Confidence tiers
- **Schematic Verified** — Complete schematic with all circuit values readable. High confidence in parameter accuracy.
- **Schematic Close** — Most circuit values readable. Some parameters estimated from circuit topology.
- **Pipeline** — Partial schematic data. Parameters are best estimates, improved over time.
