The Acoustic 160, 164 and 165 are tube guitar amps from Acoustic Control Corp. A FET input buffer feeds a 12AX7-type stage and a passive treble, mid and bass stack with bright and boost switches. Two footswitched channels follow: Volume 1 with Master 1, and a lead channel that adds a further gain stage with Volume 2 and Master 2. Tube spring reverb, a transistor 5-band graphic EQ and four 6L6GCs switchable between 100 and 60 watts complete it.
