Airline GIM-9171A - Channel 2 preset
Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Airline GIM-9171A is the largest of the GIM series Montgomery Ward tube amps. Each of its two channels has two inputs, two 12AX7 stages and its own Volume and Tone. Channel 2 carries a 6V6-driven spring reverb with Depth and a 12AX7 tremolo with Speed and Intensity, both footswitchable. A 12AX7 phase inverter drives four cathode-biased 6L6s as two push-pull pairs with separate output transformers, into a cabinet of four speakers and a horn.
