Ampeg B-100 / G-100 preset

Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The Ampeg B100 and G100 are small mid-1970s solid-state practice amps from Ampeg's Magnavox era, sharing one circuit with a different speaker: the B100 for bass and the G100 for guitar. Two inputs feed a single transistor preamp stage, then passive Bass and Treble controls and a Volume. A driver and phase-splitting transistors feed a quasi-complementary pair of power transistors on a single 47-volt rail, capacitor-coupled to an 8-ohm speaker.
