Ampeg BA-300 / BA-600 preset

Close · 66/100 confidence. Most values readable. Minor gaps filled by inference from similar circuits.

The Ampeg BA-300 and BA-600 are late-2000s solid-state bass combos, offered in 1x15 and 2x10 versions, sharing one amplifier board. The preamp signal enters a differential op-amp stage and a VTL5C4 optical limiter, then drives a Class D output stage: IRS20955 gate drivers switching IRF540 MOSFET pairs on plus and minus 42-volt rails, filtered by an output inductor. Thermal, rail and DC protection mute the amp on a fault.
