The Ampeg Reverbojet J-12-R is a compact single-channel tube guitar combo of the late 1960s. Bright and normal inputs feed half a 12AX7, then a volume and a single tone control. A 6U10 compactron drives and recovers the reverb unit, with a Dimension control and footswitch, while the other half of the 12AX7 runs a photocell tremolo with speed. A second 12AX7 is the driver and phase inverter for a push-pull pair of 7591s on a solid-state bridge rectifier.
