The Reverberocket R-12-R-M is a version of Ampeg's early-1960s reverb combo, with three 12AX7s, a 12AU7 and a push-pull pair of 7591 output tubes. Along with spring reverb ('echo') and tremolo it has an Echo Dimension control, and the M suffix marks a revised module. The 7591s give a tight, full clean tone with plenty of headroom, which made the Reverberocket a favourite for surf and jazz-leaning players.
