The Ampeg SVT-6PRO is a hybrid bass head from 2005. The input has mute and -15 dB switches and a tuner out, then a tube board with two 9-pin dual triodes provides the gain stages, with a gain control, Bright, Ultra Low and Ultra High switches and passive bass and treble.
