Ampeg V-2 - Channel 2 preset

Verified · 88/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The Ampeg V-2 (rev B, 1971) is a two-channel tube guitar head rated around 60 watts. Each channel has bright or normal input, a 12AX7 stage with a sensitivity switch and its own volume; channel 2 adds an Ultra Hi switch and a 6CG7/12AX7 echo (reverb) board. A 6K11 compactron tone board carries bass, treble and a midrange control with a selector on a toroidal coil, and a 12DW7 phase inverter with a 12AU7 driver feeds a pair of 7027As.
