The VH-70 is a 70-watt solid-state Ampeg guitar amp from the VH series of around 1990, sharing its preamp with the VH-150. Channel A is the overdrive channel, with gain, diode clipping, an Ultra/Mid control, high, low and volume; channel B has gain, a bright switch, high, mid, low and volume. JFETs and 4558 op-amps do the work, with JFET channel switching from a footswitch and spring reverb with a separate level for each channel.
