Carr Rambler preset
Close · 68/100 confidence. Most values readable. Minor gaps filled by inference from similar circuits.
The Rambler is one of Steve Carr's earliest designs: a hand-wired, single-channel club combo in the American 'deluxe' mould, offered as a 2×12. A 12AX7 input stage feeds treble, bass and mid controls and volume, then a second gain stage. A 12AT7 drives an all-tube spring reverb recovered and mixed by a further 12AX7 stage, and there is tremolo. Two cathode-biased 6L6-family tubes run with no negative feedback, with a pentode/triode switch.
