The Carver Super 7 is a tube hi-fi power amplifier from Bob Carver's company, not a guitar amp. A single input feeds a 12BY7A stage and 12BH7A drivers. These drive a bank of 14 parallel push-pull output pentodes into a multi-tap output transformer. The supply is regulated and relay-protected. There are no tone controls: the amp is built for clean, high-headroom power.
