Carvin X-100 Series III - Rhythm preset
Verified · 85/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Series III X-Amp is the 1982 revision of Carvin's X-series tube guitar head, in 30, 60 and 100-watt versions; the 100-watt runs four 6L6GCs. A Rhythm channel has its own volume and bright switch, and a Lead channel adds drive, bright and master across further 12AX7 stages. Both share a three-band EQ, and a five-band graphic EQ can be assigned to either. Reverb, volume boost, presence, a 60% power switch and slave out complete it.

Gridleak extracts amp parameters from original circuit schematics using AI vision — component values, gain staging, tone stack topology, tube types — then generates native preset files for every supported modeler. Every extraction is scored 0–100 and the score is published.
