Ceriatone Tweed Twin 5E8-A - Normal preset

Verified · 84/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

Ceriatone's 5E8-A is its Low Power Tweed Twin, modelled on Fender's late-1950s tweed Twin. Normal and Bright channels, each with two inputs and its own volume, start from a 12AY7 and share bass, treble and presence controls. Further 12AX7 gain stages and a 12AX7 long-tail phase inverter drive two fixed-bias 6L6GCs from twin 5U4G rectifiers, with bias test points and a half-power switch, for big, loose tweed clean and breakup.
