Danelectro Model 98B - Channel 1 preset
Verified · 85/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Model 98B is a variant of Danelectro's Model 98 twin-channel amp. Two channels, each with three inputs, a triode gain stage and its own bass, treble and volume, mix into a further 12AX7 stage, and a 6SN7 inverter drives four cathode-biased 6L6s as two push-pull pairs, each with its own output transformer and speaker, from a 5U4 rectifier. The B version adds cathode bypass caps; a 6SJ7 oscillator gives footswitchable vibrato.
