The AB763 Deluxe Lite is a 2007 DIY design based on the Fender Deluxe Reverb AB763 circuit, keeping only the normal channel and dropping reverb and vibrato. One input feeds a 12AX7 gain stage, the blackface treble, bass and mid stack, a Volume with bright switch and a second gain stage, then a long-tailed-pair phase inverter and two fixed-bias 6V6s with adjustable bias and a valve rectifier, for classic blackface clean-to-breakup tone.
