The Dukane 1A45A is a late-1940s valve public-address amplifier built for installed sound. Four identical microphone inputs, each with its own 6J7 pentode and level control, plus a phono input with its own level, mix into a further 6J7 gain stage with tone controls. A 6SN7 paraphase inverter drives four 6L6G output valves in push-pull parallel into a multi-tap output transformer, powered by two 5U4G rectifiers.
