This is a single-ended lap-steel amp from around 1951 sold under the Electromuse name, believed to be Valco/National-built; the amps carried no model markings. Lo and Hi inputs feed a volume control, a 6SH7 pentode, a tone control and a 6J5 triode, driving one cathode-biased 6V6GT in single-ended class A, with a 6X5GT valve rectifier. A Brilliance switch adds negative feedback from the speaker to the 6J5 stage.
