The Blackmore Signature 100 (E650) is a 100-watt ENGL head launched in 1996 for Ritchie Blackmore of Deep Purple and Rainbow, a slimmed-down Savage. Clean and Lead channels each have a low/high gain switch, so the two channels give clean, crunch, soft lead and heavy lead, with Bright and Contour switches, two footswitchable master volumes and a tube-buffered effects loop. Four ECC83s and four 6L6-type power tubes give it a warm, vintage-leaning voice.
