The So Cal 50H is a 2000s Epiphone tube head with relay-switched clean and overdrive channels, selected by a front switch or footswitch with green and red indicator LEDs. The clean channel has its own volume and the overdrive channel adds two more 12AX7 gain stages with its own gain and level; both share a treble, middle and bass stack. A 12AX7 drives the spring reverb, and a long-tail inverter feeds a pair of EL34s with a pentode/triode switch and a standby switch.
