Estey Electronics 480 - Channel 2 preset
Verified · 84/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Model 480 is the stereo flagship of the early-1960s Estey era at Magnatone, in its later form with 12AX7 input stages. Two channels each have high and low inputs, treble, bass, volume and a mellow/normal/bright switch. A patented pitch-shifting vibrato with speed, intensity and a footswitch feeds two power amps, each a push-pull pair of 6973s. Spring reverb uses a 6DR7 driver and a transistor recovery stage, and one 5U4GB rectifies.
