The 5150III 100S is the 2013 production version of the modified 5150III 100-watt heads Eddie Van Halen took on tour, built by Fender. Clean, Crunch and Lead channels each have gain, volume, presence and three-band EQ, with a resonance control per channel on the back. Crunch and Lead get more gain than the original 5150III, Crunch is re-voiced for firmer low mids, and eight 12AX7s drive four 6L6s.
