Fender London 185 / Stage 185 / Pro 185 - Lead preset

Verified · 92/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

Fender's solid-state London 185, Stage 185 and Pro 185 share one 1988 circuit. A TL072 op-amp preamp has a clean channel and a gain channel, each with its own treble, bass, middle and volume; the gain channel adds gain and boost controls with FET and diode clipping, plus mid boost and mid cut switches. Shared contour, presence and tilt controls, reverb and an effects loop follow, into a transistor power amp rated 160 W RMS into 4 ohms or 105 W into 8 ohms.
