Fender '59 Bassman - Bright preset

Verified · 93/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The '59 Bassman is Fender's reissue of the 5F6-A tweed Bassman, the 4×10 combo whose circuit inspired the Marshall JTM45. Three 7025s drive a cathode-follower tone stack with treble, bass, middle and presence into a pair of 6L6GCs. The 1990 reissue used a solid-state rectifier and a plywood cabinet; the later '59 Bassman LTD returned to a 5AR4 tube rectifier and a pine cabinet. Big, dynamic cleans and rich overdrive when cranked.
