Fender Deluxe 5E3 preset
Verified · 94/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The 5E3 is the classic narrow-panel tweed Deluxe: a cathode-biased pair of 6V6s, a 12AY7 and a 12AX7 preamp, and a 5Y3 rectifier. Its two channels share a single tone control and interact, and when turned up it moves smoothly from clean to thick, compressed overdrive. It is one of the most copied small amp circuits ever made.
