Fender Dual Showman (Red Knob) - Drive preset
Verified · 85/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The red-knob Dual Showman is Fender's late-1980s 100-watt head, sharing its circuit with the red-knob 'The Twin'. Channel 1 has volume, treble, bass and middle with pull treble boost and pull mid cut; Channel 2 adds gain and master with pull treble, mid and bass boosts. Channels switch by LDR from a pull switch or footswitch. A 12AT7 inverter drives four fixed-bias 6L6GCs from a silicon supply, with a 100/25 W power switch, a damping switch, an impedance selector, effects loop and balanced line out.
