The Acoustasonic Ultralight is a compact mid-2000s solid-state Fender acoustic amp head. The instrument channel has volume, a phase switch, bass, middle and treble, a sweepable feedback notch and string dynamics; the mic channel has phantom power, volume, bass, middle and treble. Each channel has its own effects select and level, footswitchable. It adds a tuner out with mute, balanced line out with ground lift, headphones and a stereo/mono switch, driving a bridged switching power amp rated 2 × 125 W into 4 ohms.
