Fender Automatic GT / SE - Drive preset

Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The Automatic GT is a 1997 solid-state Fender practice combo built on op-amp and JFET stages. A four-button interlocking selector picks between preset voicings, from clean to diode-clipped drive, with a gain switch, volume, treble and bass, and a footswitch changes channel and chorus. It adds a bucket-brigade chorus, spring reverb, tape/CD inputs and a headphone jack, into a transistor power amp rated 24 W RMS into 8 ohms. The same circuit was built as the Automatic SE with different component values.
