Fender Bandmaster 6G7 - Normal preset
Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The 6G7 is the early-1960s brownface Bandmaster head. Normal and Vibrato channels each have two inputs, volume, treble and bass, and a shared presence control sits in the feedback loop. The Vibrato channel uses the brownface harmonic vibrato, which splits the signal into high and low bands and modulates them in opposition, with speed, intensity and a pedal. A 7025 long-tail inverter drives a fixed-bias pair of 6L6GCs from a silicon diode rectifier with a choke.
