Fender Bandmaster Reverb AA270 - Vibrato preset
Verified · 86/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The AA270 is an early-1970s silverface Bandmaster Reverb head. Normal and Vibrato channels each have two inputs, bass, treble, volume and a bright switch, and the Vibrato channel adds a middle control, tube-driven spring reverb and optical vibrato with speed, intensity and a pedal. A 12AT7 long-tail inverter drives a fixed-bias pair of 6L6GCs from a 5U4GB rectifier into a 4-ohm load, giving clear blackface-style clean tone with a slightly softer feel.
