The Bassman 250 is a mid-2000s solid-state bass amp from Fender's F.B.A. line, unrelated to the tube Bassman amps. One input with a pad switch feeds an op-amp preamp with volume, a compressor, room balance and contour controls, bass, low-mid and high-mid with sweepable frequencies, and treble. An effects loop with blend, tuner out, aux in, headphones and a balanced line out with level surround a master volume, driving a discrete transistor power amp rated 250 W into 4 ohms.
