Fender Bassman 5E6-A - Bright preset
Verified · 92/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The 5E6-A is a revision of the narrow-panel tweed Bassman 4×10 combo and the last step before the 5F6. Its two channels have one volume each and share bass, treble and presence controls, with no middle control yet. Two 12AY7 stages and a 12AX7 phase inverter drive two fixed-bias 6L6Gs, with a selenium bias rectifier, on twin 5U4G rectifiers, giving warm, full tweed breakup when pushed.
