Fender Bassman 5F6 preset
Verified · 80/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Fender Bassman 5F6 is the predecessor to the definitive 5F6-A, sharing the same basic 45W four-6L6 topology with minor circuit differences. Like the 5F6-A, it features a long-tailed-pair phase inverter and two channels, and was a key influence on the early Marshall designs. The 5F6 is considered tonally very similar to the more famous 5F6-A.
