Fender Bassman 6G6-A - Bass preset

Verified · 92/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The 6G6-A is a revision of the early-1960s brownface piggyback Bassman head. The Bass channel has two inputs, a 7025 with a bass control and volume, and a second 7025 stage feeding a treble control; the Normal channel has a 7025 with treble, bass and volume. A shared presence control sits in the feedback loop, and a 7025 long-tail inverter drives two fixed-bias 5881s from a silicon diode rectifier into two speakers.
