The Blues Deluxe is Fender's early-1990s tube combo with tweed-style looks. A Normal channel with its own volume and a footswitchable Drive channel with drive and master share a bright switch and a treble, bass and middle stack, switched by relays. Op-amps handle the spring reverb and the preamp out/power amp in jacks. A 12AX7A long-tail inverter with presence drives a fixed-bias pair of 6L6GCs from a silicon rectifier, rated 38 W RMS into 8 ohms. It became one of Fender's best-selling tube amps of the decade.
