The 6G2 is the early-1960s brownface Princeton. It moved the Princeton to a push-pull pair of 6V6GTs on a 5Y3GT rectifier, with a 12AX7 and a 7025, tone and volume controls and vibrato. At about 12 watts it gives a warmer, rounder voice than the later blackface Princeton.
