Fender Pro Amp 5C5 - Instrument preset

Verified · 93/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.

The 5C5 is an early-1950s tweed Pro Amp, a 1×15 combo. Four inputs feed two 6SC7 dual triodes, giving two channels with their own Volume controls and a shared Tone; a third 6SC7 is the paraphase inverter for a push-pull pair of 6L6Gs on a 5U4G rectifier. Later examples swapped the octal 6SC7s for 12AY7 and 12AX7 miniatures with the same circuit. It has more clean headroom than the Deluxe and the same warm tweed character.
