Fender Pro Junior preset
Verified · 92/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The Pro Junior is Fender's simplest valve combo, first drawn in 1993: one input, a 12AX7A gain stage, a Volume control, then a Tone control and a second 12AX7A stage. Another 12AX7A is the long-tail phase inverter, with feedback from the speaker, driving a push-pull pair of fixed-bias EL84s from a silicon-diode supply into a 10-inch speaker. It gets to a warm, natural breakup quickly and responds well to pick attack and the guitar's volume knob.
