The 300 PS is one of Fender's most powerful valve amps: 300 watts RMS into 8 ohms from four selected 6550s running on about 700 volts. Two inputs and a Bass/Guitar voicing switch feed Volume, Treble, Bass and Mid, a Distortion control with a footswitch, and a Master. A 12AU7A drives a five-band equalizer (100 Hz to 2.3 kHz) with Presence, also footswitchable, and a single 6V6GTA drives the output valves through a driver transformer.
