Fender Showman Reverb AA768 - Vibrato preset
Verified · 90/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The AA768 is the 1968 Showman Reverb, the first Showman with valve-driven spring reverb, a big silverface piggyback head. Normal and Vibrato channels each have Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass and a bright switch. A 12AT7 drives the reverb with a 7025 recovery, and a 12AX7 runs the optical vibrato with Speed and Intensity. A 12AT7 long-tail phase inverter drives four fixed-bias 6L6GCs on a silicon rectifier for loud, clean Fender tone.
