The 6G4-A is a revision of the early-1960s brownface Super Amp, a 2×10 combo with Normal and Vibrato channels, each with its own volume, treble and bass. Its harmonic vibrato uses two 12AX7s with speed and intensity controls and a footswitch, and a 7025 long-tail phase inverter drives a pair of 5881s on a GZ34 rectifier for about 40 watts of warm, full brownface tone.
