The AA270 is an early-1970s silverface Super Reverb, a 4×10 combo with Normal and Vibrato channels. The Normal channel has volume, treble and bass with a bright switch; the Vibrato channel adds a middle control, a 12AT7-driven spring reverb with a 7025 recovery stage, and 12AX7 optical vibrato with speed and intensity. A 12AT7 long-tail phase inverter drives two 6L6GCs on a 5U4GB rectifier for about 40–45 watts.
