The Twin, often called the Red Knob Twin, was Fender's late-1980s redesign of the Twin as a two-channel combo with four 6L6GCs and a High/Low power switch (100 or 25 watts RMS). Channel 1 has volume, treble, bass and mid with pull treble boost and mid cut; Channel 2 adds gain, presence and volume with pull boosts and a pull notch. Channels switch via LDRs, with spring reverb, an effects loop with level select, a balanced line out and a 12AT7 phase inverter.
