The Ruby Riot is Framus's German-made 30-watt two-channel EL84 combo. Clean has its own low, mid, high and volume; Lead adds gain and three more cascaded 12AX7 stages with a cathode follower, plus its own EQ and volume, switched by optocouplers. A 12AT7 drives the spring reverb, and an effects loop and long-tailed pair feed four cathode-biased EL84s on a GZ34 rectifier.
