The EH-150 is Gibson's pre-war amplifier sold alongside the ES-150 guitar, the pairing Charlie Christian made famous in early electric jazz. This 1936–37 version has a Microphone input on a 6F5 stage and an Instruments input, each with its own volume, mixed in a 6N7 twin triode. A switched tone network and a 6C5 driver feed an interstage transformer into two 6N6 output valves, with a 5Z3 rectifier and a field-coil speaker.
