Gibson GA-46 - Channel I preset
Verified · 89/100 confidence. Complete schematic. All component values readable. Parameters derived directly from the circuit.
The GA-46 is a two-channel Gibson amplifier built as a separate preamp and power chassis joined by a cable. Each channel has a 12AX7 input stage, a 5879 pentode gain stage and its own volume, bass and treble controls. A 12AX7 splits phase and runs the tremolo oscillator (depth and frequency, footswitchable). A 6SN7 driver feeds a push-pull pair of 6550 output tubes, with a 6V6 voltage regulator and a GZ34 rectifier.
